The grid between the station and the river is Victorian and Edwardian: two-storey terraces and small semis, a large number long since divided into upper and lower maisonettes rather than proper flats. Towards Bushy Park and the Fulwell side the houses get considerably bigger: Edwardian and 1930s family homes on wide plots with the loft and side-return work already done, and nearer the lock there's a run of newer apartment schemes built on former laboratory and industrial land.
The park sets the rhythm: Bushy Park's road gates close at dusk, so an evening job on the Hampton Hill side means the long way round by Hampton Road. And from September the horse chestnuts along the park wall drop leaves and conkers, and the mulch walked in from Bushy Park is the single biggest source of autumn hall-carpet marking we see.

One-off deep cleans. A team job: from £186 (two cleaners, three hours, plus £30 for kit and materials). Minimum charge on one-off work is £67.

Yes: fixed by property size and agreed before we start. A studio is £156, a one-bed £207, up to £425 for four bedrooms. Carpets and ovens are priced separately because not everyone needs them.
Can you do evening jobs near Bushy Park?
Yes, we just plan the route. The park's road gates close at dusk, so an evening job on the Hampton Hill side means going the long way round by Hampton Road instead of cutting through. It's built into the schedule, never into your price.
Do you clean maisonettes as well as flats?
All the time. The grid between the station and the river is full of Victorian terraces long since divided into upper and lower maisonettes. They price as their bedroom count, and we're used to the shared hallways and split meter cupboards that come with them.
Why is limescale such a battle here?
Thames Water's supply here is hard, and the shower screens and glass splashbacks in the newer riverside flats near the lock scale visibly within a month. We budget proper descaler dwell time for taps, screens and kettles rather than a quick wipe.
Do you charge extra for evenings or weekends?
No. We work seven days, 8am to 8pm, at the same rates, though on Twickenham match days we'll agree timings around the traffic. We bring our own machines and materials.
